Senior Project Manager for the 12-story luxury residential building located on the lower east side of Manhattan. Albert was directly responsible for coordinating the project with the development team from its inception. The planning and timing of the construction phase was his responsibility on this project.
Managing the project full-time, Albert was responsible for the project schedule, buy-outs of all subcontractors, coordination of the General Contractor's team, ongoing project coordination, monthly payment applications, and reporting the construction progress to the Ownership group. This project was completed in 2019.
